The staff here super friendly. Terry helped us with our room which made our stay even better. Nice terrace too for breakfast. Would recommend for people that are looking for a nice place that does not cost too much. I would return next time I am in Rome. ☺️

We found this boutique hotel to be perfectly acceptable and really quite good considering it’s in the heart of Rome 👍 staff are all very helpful and pleasant , breakfast is good all you need , the rooms are well appointed with good shower and comfy bed , tv etc , we had a balcony also , ignore the bad comments before the hotel is clean and tidy ok it’s not a 5 star but what do you expect , it is in a great local area very close to all the sights 👍 highly recommend for. 3 or 4 stay ciao grazi Mille!

Dirty, disgusting and not what you see online

The pictures look NOTHING like the real thing. This place had black mold in the shower, human feces on the wall behind the bidet and all the walls were dirty. The room smells of mold and mildew. We checked in, stayed 20 minutes and found another hotel.

bad service. Very disappointed with the lack of courtesy of the staff. Because of a war that started in our country we had to cancel the reservation for a few nights and they were not willing to help us with the payment even though it was not up to us and they were also insensitive.

Very disappointing service of the hotel, too bad we booked a room there! I really do not recommend!!! I booked 4 nights with a friend, unfortunately our flight was canceled and the hotel demanded that we pay in full for all nights. extremely disappointing. I do not recommend ordering. Sorry for the moment I ordered
